Shipping Terms
We will ship your products to you absolutely FREE anywhere in the world. We use EMS or DHL as our shipping couriers. Once we have received your payment (which usually takes 2-3 business days to process your orders, then an extra 1 full business day to test), we will ship the products to you. You will then receive an email with your tracking information so that you can keep an eye on your parcel. Depending on your location the max shipping time is 5-7 business days from the moment you have your tracking number.
If a parcel is lost or stolen or broken, AAAQualityReplicas.com cannot and will not be held responsible. We will assist our clients in claiming from the insurance of our couriers and will re-send you the items you purchased. Please allow 30 days for this process.
Refunds and Exchange Policy
We will gladly refund any defective product within 7 days of arrival for manufacturers defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage. Watches are water resistant, but we do not recommend you to bath or swim with a replica watch. We do not exchange watches that:
You do not like
Are big or small (in size)
You have simply changed your mind and want something else
Please Note:
ALL links that came with the watch must be shipped back with the watches. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/exchanged.
Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your telephone number, order number and approximate purchase date.
For refunds, there is a $25 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations.
Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
If exchange is more than original purchase, please pay online for the price difference(we will provide instructions); if the exchange is less, we will not refund this amount back to you.
If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties consent
If you return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
Please note that our company is NOT responsible for held products from countries customs. We are NOT responsible to refund these products.
Order Cancellation Policy
We will NOT cancel any order that has passed the payment verification stage.
We will NOT cancel any order that has already been shipped out from our facilities(is in our shipping agents facilities).
We accept order cancellations that occur before any payment from the customer has been made without any penalty. |
