Item description

While the name indicates the watch can go "Thousand of Feet", and its 50mm case looks like it can withstand the pressures of the Marianas trench, the U-Boat Thousands of Feet MS can only go all of 10 ATM or 100 meters or 330 feet.

The U-Boat Thousands of Feet MS is a basic time only watch powered by a manual winding ETA 6497 movement. This movement produces a less than impressive 18,800 vibrations per hour. As previously mentioned (and cannot be mentioned enough), it's case is 50mm in diameter and is one of the kings (in terms of size) in the past decades "big watch" trend. The case is manufacture with the usual 316L stainless steel and the watch rides on a leather strap.

Other than the size, the other interesting feature is the crown which rides on the right side of the watch case. This design is often used in classic divers watches where the diver wears the watch on his right wrist to make room for a depth gauge or compass on the right wrist.
